The shopping mall has an innovative design with sophisticated architecture, easy circulation, spacious halls and natural lighting. Is one of the largest shopping mall in the country.
With 5 floors, 101 square meters of gross leasable area and 295 thousand square meters of constructed area is the newest shopping mall in the city and the biggest in the northern region of Brazil.
The mall contains 410 stores including 18 main stores and 7 megastores. It also offers 12 restaurants, a complex of 12 movie theaters, a larger theater with 720 seats, an electronic entertainment area with bowling, a fitness center and a food court.
The mall also houses major retailers such as C&A, Renner, Leader, Casas Bahia, American stores, Riachuelo, Marisa shops, among others.
The project includes, besides the mall three office towers. The total area of the complex is 383 900 m². The shopping center belongs to the group Pernambuco JCPM.
