The mall contains 410 stores including 18 main stores and 7 megastores. It also offers 12 restaurants, a complex of 12 movie theaters, a larger theater with 720 seats, an electronic entertainment area with bowling, a fitness center and a food court.
The mall also houses major retailers such as C&A, Renner, Leader, Casas Bahia, American stores, Riachuelo, Marisa shops, among others.
The project includes, besides the mall three office towers. The total area of the complex is 383 900 m². The shopping center belongs to the group Pernambuco JCPM.
