Pin Up's time-travelling delight is part of the pleasure, but there's no denying that what makes you fall in love with it are the extra special, heavenly burger, chips and milk-shake recipes.

Crispy bacon and cheddar potato chips, fillet of beef sandwich with Dijon mustard and toasted garlic, meaty lamb burger with aromatic mint mayonnaise - it's hard to alternate your choices once you've got a crush. Seductive milk-shake glasses bring Nutella, dulce de leche, strawberry and cookies among the options. Puddings include old-fashioned apple pie, waffles and brownies - all served warm with sticky sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Pin Up also serves fine temakis − crispy salmon and cream cheese is a real favourite - and the crowd-pleaser, meltingly tender baby back ribs with barbecue sauce. Pretty mini burgers are served with two choices of sauce − children specially, though not exclusively, adore them.
