Patuá is a creation of an artist - talented young Chef Alcindo Queiroz provides lunch and dinner guests with a gastronomic journey through the region's flavours, especially the marvellous seafood. The creations often have fun regional names, always a delightful presentation and unusual mixtures of flavours and textures.
The freshly prepared dishes are for one or two adults - ask your waiter or consult the menu.
Menus available in English, possibly other languages and choices for children. If he's on site, Chef Alcindo will be delighted to help with your choice and explain the dish's creation, its name and its ingredients.
The main saloon is air-conditioned, which is a respite from the heat of the midday sun.
It is family affair with a simple and tasteful decor, with many paintings by the owner himself - his mother often is found in the kitchen. Everyone is welcome, from families with children to groups and business visitors.
