The Papacapim restaurant is located at the Rui Barbosa Ave., the main one cutting through the Graças neighborhood. It occupies a beautiful mansion from the 1940s, creating a pleasant and cozy environment which is perfect to enjoy the delicious pizzas made in wood fired oven, and the crepes, salads and special sandwiches prepared by the kitchen. There are abundant samples of regional as well as international cuisine for your plate, not to mention seafood, pasta and much more.
It is also delightful to notice just how much green in the building. About 1,400 square metres are of green areas alone, making this restaurant a pleasant retreat in the middle of Recife.
There are 300 seats in 2 environments, one being outdoors, ideal for the happy-hours, the other one with big tables, surrounded by gardens. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Lunch here is an all-you-can-eat buffet, while dinner is à la carte.
The more recent sister restaurant is in Boa Viagem near Shopping Centre Recife. Whilst slightly smaller, it still has a cozy atmosphere, an open view of the pizza preparation and oven area and a kids playground.
